We prepare every order with care and share the delivery details as soon as it leaves us.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free above the amount shown in your cart. Below it, a flat rate appears at checkout before you pay — never a surprise fee at the door.
What is your return policy?

How do I choose the right product?
Each product page carries a clear description of scent notes, texture and key ingredients. Between two similar items, read the details — exchanges are free, so there is no risk in trying.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are encrypted end to end and your card details are never stored on our side.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within one hour of ordering. Reply to your confirmation email with the change and we will update it before it is packed. After that, a free return does the same job.
